At our College of Medicine, we aim to provide integrated medical education and research, that is nationally responsive and globally connected, serving individuals and communities. The College of Medicine offers two programs, Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences (MSBS), both are accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education. Our Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery is a six-year undergraduate program. The program offers something truly unique to our students through early clinical exposure from Year 1, research that takes place on the MBRU campus, and affiliations with local and international healthcare institutions. Our Master of Science in Biomedical Sciences ensures the students develop the theoretical and practical skills required in the field of biomedical sciences, with a focus on research, genomics, and cellular biology. The program offers students the flexibility to choose between a thesis (two years) or a non-thesis (one year).
