Tides is an all-day dining restaurant serving international cuisine with a range of creative theme night buffets on display. The restaurant also has an open bake oven, which has the added benefit of allowing the aromas to permeate the restaurant. There are some show cooking stations enabling the guests to interact with the chefs.
